Sorry, I've been missing from my blog posts for a while. Several weeks before Stampin' Up!'s convention I was busily making around 350 cards to take with me to swap. Here are the cards layed out all in their bags ready to take. I was in Salt Lake City for a week, using a few days to do some family research. The convention started on Thurs., July 18th, and there were around 5800 demonstrators in attendance.
This is the view I had from my hotel window facing the capital building and the mountains in the background. The big square building in the foreground is the Family History Library (where I spent a few days doing research and trying to find some history on my ancestors). Right after I took this picture there was lightening and pouring down rain. I was glad I was in my hotel all safe and sound.
Here are my Ohio demonstrator friends (except one) that I had lunch with on Saturday: Back Row - Roxanna, Carri, Carol; Front Row - Penny (me), Ann (my 4th upline from Wisconsin), and Sally
Stay tuned for the next couple weeks when I'll be showing
some of the cards that I made and cards that I received swapping!
