Here is a card that I made with a group this week using the single stamp - Magnificent Maple - located in the Holiday Catalog.  We also used the painter's tape technique to create the  background.

Do you need a real quick card for this fall?  You could change out the words for any occasion.  We made this card at my stamp club last week using the single stamp - Magnificent Maple.  The saying is from a new stamp set called "Four You".  Here are the supplies that we used:

Interactive Button in Holiday Catalog

The new HOLIDAY CATALOG has a neat little fun/technology throughout.  If you have a mobile device (i.e., smart phone, ipad, etc.) you can download and install the FREE "Layar app".  When you see this little interactive icon in the catalog, you use your Layar app to scan the catalog page and it unlocks a video filled with product information and inspiration. 



I used it on my ipad and it works!!   If you don't have a mobile device, you can see the videos at stampinup.com/showmehow.

French Foliage

I wanted to share with you a card that we made yesterday at my "Two on Thursday" class.  Here are supplies that we used:

Paper:  Early Espresso, River Rock, Very Vanilla
Ink:  Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, River Rock
Other:  1/8" Early Espresso Ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals

I cased this card from "Andrea Borries".  Thank you Andrea for such a great inspiration.

French Foliage

This card was inspired by Linda Heller.  We made this card this month at my stamp clubs.  You can't see it in the photo but the green has a sparkle to it.  I mixed rubbing alcohol and a few drops of "champaign mist" in one of our Stampin' Spritzers.  Once we rubbed the ink on with the sponge we spritzed it with the alcohol mixture.  Beautiful!

Rosette Pumpkin

Pumpkin anyone??

Last month I participated in a craft fair and one of the vendors made 3 of these and was selling them.  I HAD TO BUY ONE.  I ask her if she could tell me how she made it.  She gave me enough information that I could figure it out.  I've made 2 of them so far.

You make 10 layers of rosettes with varied sizes to make the pumpkin.

Anyone near the Lancaster area interested in coming to a class??

The class will take approx. 3 to 3-1/2 hours from start to finish.  It's really fun to make.

Leaves of a Tree

Here is another card that I made for a swap last month.  I used one of the A la Carte stamps from the Holiday Mini Catalog - LEAVES OF A TREE.  It's one of the single stamps that we sell.

Leaves of a Tree (#123843) - $9.95

I inked the tree in Cajun Craze and used the edge of the Early Espresso stamp pad to add a little bit of accent.  I then put the Cajun Craze marker in the color spritzer to put the specks around the edges.  I used the Scallop Squares Duo with the Big Shot to add the scallop border.
