This is an interesting technique. I believe it's called "faux dry embossing". First you stamp the image with VersaMark ink and emboss with white powder, and then you stamp again in a darker color just a smidge to the left and down where you embossed. A stamp-a-ma-jig would be fantastic tool for this. I received this in a swap and it doesn't have a name on the card.
