This is my personal blog. I am an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and responsible for its content. Stampin' Up! does not endorse the use of or contents of the classes, services, or non-Stampin' Up! products I may offer here.
This card was inspired by Linda Heller. We made this card this month at my stamp clubs. You can't see it in the photo but the green has a sparkle to it. I mixed rubbing alcohol and a few drops of "champaign mist" in one of our Stampin' Spritzers. Once we rubbed the ink on with the sponge we spritzed it with the alcohol mixture. Beautiful!
We sell the Stampin' Spritzers in a package of 2. They are located on pg. 179 in the Stampin' Up! catalog. Order #126185 at a cost of $2.95.
Supplies used for the above card: Stamps: French Foliage, Day of Gratitude Paper: Old Olive, Basic Black, Very Vanilla Ink: Old Olive, Black Stazon Other: Stampin' Spritzer, Rubbing Alcohol, Champaign Mist
Please contact me if you'd like or order any of the above supplies.
I wanted to share with you the frame that I made at convention last month. A fellow demonstrator, Virginia Killmore, from Syracuse, New York showed us how to make it. It's 12" x 12" and we used the "Postage Due" stamp set to make it. It's in black and vanilla.
I decided to offer a class this month for anyone that might be interested in making it. We will make decorate the 12" x 12" in addition to making 2 cards with the same stamp set. I'll give you several options for the class.
Decorate the 12" x 12" sheet (no frame) plus 2 cards - $20.00

The easel part of the card was cut 4-1/4" x 11" scoring at 2" and 5-1/2". Here is the card looking from the side. Here are the supplies that I used: Stamps: Gently Falling, Day of Gratitude Paper: Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Pool Party, Spice Cake designer paper Ink: Soft Suede, Pool Party Other: Simply Scored Scoring Tool, Top Note Die, Big Shot, Word Window Punch, Modern Label punch, Boho Blossoms Punch, Doily Triple Layer Punch, Antique Brads, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder

We made this card at my clubs this month using the Spice Cake designer paper and the Hand-Penned Holidays stamp set from the Holiday Mini Catalog. The stamp set HAND-PENNED HOLIDAYS includes 4 stamps (#124312 - $16.95) Click HERE if you'd like to order the Hand-Penned Holidays stamp set.
Last month I participated in a craft fair and one of the vendors made 3 of these and was selling them. I HAD TO BUY ONE. I ask her if she could tell me how she made it. She gave me enough information that I could figure it out. I've made 2 of them so far.
You make 10 layers of rosettes with varied sizes to make the pumpkin.
Anyone near the Lancaster area interested in coming to a class??
The class will take approx. 3 to 3-1/2 hours from start to finish. It's really fun to make.
Please contact me if you're interested (email@example.com)
