Purse Punch Art

This is a card that I sent to a couple of my customers yesterday.  I used the Holly Berry Bouquet designer paper from the Holiday Mini Catalog.  Here are the supplies that used:

Stamps:  Short & Sweet

Penguin - Punch Art

Here's another idea using punch art for Christmas.  My little Christmas penguin. Here are the punches that I used.

Punch Art - Poinsettia

I received this card in a punch art swap that I received back in September.  I can't give credit to the creator of this card since she didn't provide her name.  I thought it was so unusual....but pretty.

She used the BIRD BUILDER PUNCH to create the flower and leaves (using Cherry Cobbler and Garden Green)

I made this card last year using the OWL BUILDER PUNCH.  Here are the supplies that I used:

Owl Candy Topper

 

I wanted to show you another little gift that I made for the craft fair that I participated in a couple weeks ago.

Using the Crumb Cake card stock cut the Top Note die using our Big Shot die machine.

I used the following punches and die for the eyes: 1/2" Circle, 1" Circle, Scallop from retired Pennant Die.

Great idea for your trick or treaters, school, co-workers.

Punch Art - Santa

Here are the punches that I used to create the Santa:

1 - Ornament Punch (White)  -  Beard [cut off flat around 1/4” below the ornament top)
2 - Bird Punch-Wings (White)  -  Mustache
1 - 3/8” Circle (Blushing Bride)  -  Nose
1 - Wide Oval-XL (Blushing Bride)  -  Face
1 - 1/2” Circle (White)  -  Pom Pom
2 - 1/8” Circle (Black)  -  Eyes
1 - Wide Oval-XL (Cherry Cobbler)  -  Hat
1 - Small Oval (Cherry Cobbler)  -  Hat
1 - Wide Oval-XL (White)  -  Fur on Hat  [punch into white cardstock about halfway in then punch again just above to create a crescent shape]

Punch Art - Elephant

How cute is this card???  I received this card in a punch art swap.  I can't tell you who made it because she didn't put her name on it.  Sorry!  Here is my guess of what punches she used on the elephant.

1-3/4" circle  (Bashful Blue)  -  Body
1-3/4" circle  (Daffodil Delight)  -  Moon  (double punched)

Punch Art - Polar Bear

I cased this card from a swap I received at convention from Patty Hargrove.  Isn't he adorable??  It doesn't involve too many punches.  You'll need:

2 - wide oval punch (whisper white) - body and head
1 - word window punch (whisper white)  -  ears  (cut the piece in half)
1 - large oval punch (whisper white) - snout  (cut in shape)
1 - owl punch--middle size circle (basic black) - nose
1 - owl punch--small size circle (basic black) - eyes

I would recommend that you sponge around each of the white pieces with either Crumb Cake or So Saffron.  I tore a piece of white cardstock for the snow, used two-way glue on the edge of the snow and sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds on the glue.  Place the polar bear's body BEHIND the snow piece and the rest of him will go on the top of the snow.

I used Marina Mist for the card, "Serene Snowflakes" and VersaMark for the background, and punched out a snowflake with the Doily Triple Layer punch accented with a basic rhinestone.  The "Merry Christmas" wording is from the "Loads of Love" stamp set.
