February Classes

Two on Tuesday Class  - Tues.,  Feb. 7th. (6:30 p.m.) - $17
You'll be making two different cards (four of each design) and you can customize them with a variety of sentiments to meet your needs. These will be cards that you can use for birthdays or other events.  The class fee covers all supplies including adhesive and envelopes! No need for you to bring a thing! Just like all of my other classes, pre-payment is required. If you submit a $25 order that night you get the class FREE   

Valentines Class  - Thurs.,  Feb. 9th. (6:30 p.m.) - $12
We'll be making four different valentine cards to either give to your husband, friend, or relative on Valentine's Day. All supplies are provided along with the envelopes.

Framelits Class  - Fri.,  Feb. 17th. (6:30 p.m.) - $15
We'll be using our brand new Hearts and Labels Collection Framelits and the Big Shot to create 5 different projects.  Come and try out our new Dies.  The Framelits are on pg. 6 of the Occasions Mini Catalog. 

Sale-A-Bration Class  - Tues., Feb. 28th.  (6:30 p.m.)  -  $12
We'll be making 5 different cards using the exclusive stamp sets in the Sale-a-Bration brochure.  If you submit a $50 order that night you get the class FREE plus you get to choose one of the items from the sale-a-bration brochure for FREE.

Simply Adorned Class

Here are some samples of inserts we'll be making for the SIMPLY ADORNED CLASS on Thurs., Sept. 22nd.

We'll be making 6 different inserts for the 1-1/2" x 2" charm (located on pg. 200 in the catalog).  If you purchase the 1-1/2" x 2" charm from me you get the class for $5.  Otherwise, the class is $12.  Pre-registration is required.

 

September Classes

Christmas Card Class AM - Mon., Sept. 26^th (10:00 a.m.) - $17  Did you always wish you could send beautiful hand-made holiday cards, but just know you don't have the time and/or creativity to do it? Well, here's your chance! At monthly classes, you'll make 8 cards, four each of 2 designs that are all pre-cut and designed for you. All you need to do are the fun parts - stamp, assemble and embellish! By December, you'll have plenty of fabulous cards all ready to send out! Pre-registration is required!

Christmas Card Class PM - Mon., Sept. 26^th (6:30 p.m.) - $17  Did you always wish you could send beautiful hand-made holiday cards, but just know you don't have the time and/or creativity to do it? Well, here's your chance! At monthly classes, you'll make 8 cards, four each of 2 designs that are all pre-cut and designed for you. All you need to do are the fun parts - stamp, assemble and embellish! By December, you'll have plenty of fabulous cards all ready to send out! Pre-registration is required

Punch Art Class #15 - Thurs., Sept. 29^th (6:30 p.m.) - $12 
Come and find out how fun it is to create four different projects (hummingbird, Santa, Elf, and strawberries) using a variety of our punches. All supplies are provided. A list of punches along with a picture will be provided for each project. We'll be putting them on a 6" x 6" sheet of card stock to add to a 6" x 6" album.

 

Tools of the Trade - Simply Adorned

Simply Adorned charms are like lockets—they open up so you can insert your custom stamped image. The frame surrounds tempered beveled glass on the front and flat glass on the back. There’s glass on both sides of the charm, so you can display an image on one side or both. You can create a custom heirloom piece that you’ll never want to change, or you can swap artwork in and out, depending on your mood and your wardrobe. Charms are also great for holding photos.
Charms also can be used for Christmas ornaments or key chains. Insert a stamped image or photo of a loved one, tie a ribbon through the clasp, and you're done!

CLASS OFFERED

Classes for October & November

OCTOBER

Fri., Oct. 15  -  Greeting Card Kids Class  (6:30 p.m.)  -  $28.00

We'll be making 5 cards using the Calendar Kids stamp set.  Three of the four stamps represents a holiday (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day) and the fourth stamp is great for teachers or students.  We'll make the 5 cards plus a cute little tote to put them in. The cost of the class includes the stamp set.  If you already have the stamp set please contact me for the class fee.

Wed., Oct. 20  -  Punch Art Class #11  (6:30 p.m.)  -  $12.00
I'll be showing you how to make 4 different things (cat, bird, kangaroo, and a car) using a variety of our punches.  You will receive the recipe for each punch art design and a 6x6 page to put them on.
 
Sun., Oct. 24  -  500 Club  (2:00 p.m.)  -  FREE
Special event for those hostesses who have achieved a $500 workshop or above during the months of June - October  2010. I have the following hostesses down so far - Diann Huston, Larissa Anglim-Moore, Marcia Baughman, Kathy Duffy and Sharon Scherer.  I will prepare a light meal and we'll have several make & takes.

Thurs., Oct. 28  -  Contempo Christmas Class  (6:30 p.m.)  - $35.00
We will be making the Christmas gift box as well as 5 coordinating cards at this class.  You will have lots of the designer paper to take home to make additional cards.  The cost of the class includes your own clear mount Contempo Christmas stamp set (pg. 45 in the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog) as well as a package of the Jolly Holiday Designer Paper that you will be using during our class.  Please contact me for the adjusted price if you already have the stamp set.    

NOVEMBER

Mon., Nov. 1  - Day of Gratitude  (6:30 p.m.)  -  $35.00
We'll be making 5 different cards using the "Day of Gratitude" stamp set. The class fee includes the "day of gratitude" stamp set, card stock, designer paper, and any embellishments we use plus envelopes.  This is a great class to make your Thanksgiving cards or thank you cards. Please contact me for the adjusted price if you already have the stamp set.

Sat., Nov. 6  -  Christmas Stamp-A-Stack #1  (10:00 a.m.)  -  $28.00

CLASSES THIS WEEK

I've got several classes that I'm running this week, and I've got several more seats available.  Wednesday is my first Christmas stamp-a-stack for the season.  We'll be making 20 cards (5 of 4 different designs).  All the card stock will be cut and all of the supplies (stamps, ink pads, ribbon, etc.) will be provided.  All you have to bring is your adhesive.

Thurs., Oct. 22nd.  (6:30 p.m.)  -  Punch Art Class #10  -  $15.00
I'll be showing you how to make a Vampire, Witch with Cauldron, Spider, Coffee Cup using a variety of our punches.  We'll be making 4  that you can put in a 6 x 6 album and we'll also make a card using one of the punch art.  

Mon., Oct. 26th.  (6:30 p.m.)  -  Trees and More Trees  -  $25.00
We will be making ten cards (5 different designs) using the following stamp sets:  Thoughts & Prayers, Lovely as a Tree, Branch Out, Trendy Trees, and Season of Friendship.

We will be focusing on the "Cheers To You" stamp set on pg. 62 in the new catalog.  It is a set of 6 stamps that can be used for men or women....and a lot of different occasions.   We'll be making 5 different cards using this set.  You'll receive the stamp set, 5 cards, 5 envelopes and a CD with other samples on it.
