This card was made using "Gnome Sweet Gnome" located in the Occasions Mini Catalog (pg. 41, Wood - #126535 - $27.95, Clear - #126537 - $21.95).  I received this card from Cristena Bagne at Leadership.

Here is one of my favorite swaps that I received at Leadership.  It was made by Linda Haupt from Rapid City, South Dakota.  She was one of the ladies who sat at the table with me when we were doing our make & takes last week.

Designer Frame

Here's another sample of a card at convention I wanted to share with you.  The creator of this card used the DESIGNER FRAME embossing folder.  It's designed to be used with the BIG SHOT die cutting machine.  Did you know you can use the extra large oval (aka - wide oval) punch to add the designer paper inside the frame. It fits perfectly!  The saying is from TEENY TINY WISHES and punched out with the WORD WINDOW punch.

This card was inspired by Linda Heller (Stamping School).  I used the "new" DESIGNER FRAMES with the Big Shot to create the window behind the big butterfly.  The butterflies were cut out using the BEAUTIFUL WINGS embosslit and the Big Shot.

Build A Bear - Pumpkin

How cute is this card??  I'm using the exclusive Stampin' Up! bear Bigz die for the Big Shot along with the "kooky spooky" original die for the pumpkin outfit.  I have a picture of the "kooky spooky" die below.  It also contains the witches hat & broom for her.

*** Hint - Punch out a 1" circle of chocolate chip and a little piece of real red cardstock and glue BEHIND the bear's head.  That will give you your color for the eyes and mouth.

***Suggestion  -  You could very easily make this Halloween bear and adhere it to a brown bag with handles for your kids or grandkids to go trick or treat.

Diva Coffee Break Designs Challenge #142

Thoughts & Prayers Notecard Box

I showed my downline how to make this box at our meeting last night.  It's called a notecard box.  It will hold 6 handmade cards and 6 envelopes.  Once the cards have been used you can fill it with notepaper for your desk.  I learned how to make it from Valerie Stangle's tutorial.  Thanks Valerie!

Lattice Cards

I pulled out my new Lattice Bigz Die (#115958) for the Big Shot this week to make a few cards.  I love it, love it, love it.  It is so easy and quick to make a simple card.  You can go plain or add all kinds of embellishments (i.e., brads, buttons, ribbon, flowers, etc.).  The die measures 3-1/4" square and is $21.95. Just the perfect size for cards.
